A woman in her sixties and her coach look at her BioAge results on a tablet at a small oak table.

The four pillars · Precision Nutrition

Food guidance built on your numbers.

Not a diet. Guidance matched to your body composition and your training, from a coach who can see what is changing.

What the coaching covers

A few specific changes, not a plan for the year.

Your coach starts from how you already eat and changes what the numbers say to change.

Protein for the muscle you are building

How much, and when, matched to your training days. The muscle the machines ask for has to be fed.

Energy that holds through the day

Food that keeps your energy steady, so training days and rest days feel the same.

Fewer rules, more specifics

What to change this week, written down. Not a list of foods to fear.

Grilled salmon, greens and grains on a dark plate, with a glass of water, on a dark oak table.

Measured, so the plan can change

Guidance that changes when your numbers do.

Every four weeks your coach checks your body composition and adjusts the guide. As the weight comes off, the portions change with it. Nobody asks you to feel your way through it.

  • A few specific changes at a time, written down
  • Adjusted every four weeks
  • Seen by you and your coach only

How the coaching works

A person who knows your numbers and your week.

Your coach

The nutrition coach on the OnCore team, who sees your assessment results and your training record.

Checked against your numbers

Your coach's guidance is set against your own measurements and adjusted as they change.

Between visits

Questions answered between sessions, on a menu, a meal or a week that went sideways.

Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?

No. You get a meal guide, not a plan: a few specific changes at a time, built around how you already eat, and adjusted every four weeks as your numbers change.

Is this about losing weight?

Body composition is one of the four measures, so fat and muscle are part of the picture. The aim is muscle kept and fat reduced, tracked at the rescore, not on a bathroom scale.

Who does the coaching?

The nutrition coach on the OnCore team. Medical questions go to our medical affiliates by referral.

When food is not enough on its own

Medical support, by referral.

If the rescore shows your body composition is not moving despite the training and the guidance, your coach can refer you to an independent medical affiliate. Its physicians decide, with you, whether medical support is right for you, including weight‑loss medication such as GLP‑1s. OnCore does not prescribe.
