The four pillars · Dynamic Assessments
One visit. Four measures.
Before any training, we measure where you are starting from: body composition, mobility, strength and BioAge. You leave with every number, explained in plain words. The assessment is free.
The four measures
Named instruments, not estimates.
Each measure comes from a specific instrument, and every rescore uses the same one.
Body composition
On the InBody 270: muscle, fat and water measured separately, the fat around your organs, and the muscle in each limb.
Mobility
On the EGYM Fitness Hub: a 3D camera tracks your range of motion and finds where one side moves less freely than the other.
Strength
On each machine: a tested capacity, which sets your training load from the first session.
BioAge
One score from the three, set as your baseline. It is yours and your coach's, and it never goes on a screen on the wall.

The instruments
Two instruments take the four measures.
The InBody 270 reads body composition: muscle, fat and water, each on its own line. The EGYM Fitness Hub does the rest. Its 3D camera measures how you move, it signs you in for the strength tests, and it brings the three together as your BioAge.

The visit
About thirty minutes, start to finish.
Nothing to prepare, nothing to prove. You are measured, then everything is explained.
Arrive ten minutes early
Your profile is set up and you are fitted with the band the machines use to recognise you.
The InBody scan
A few minutes standing on the analyser, in the clothes you came in.
Mobility and strength
The Fitness Hub's camera, then a short test on each machine to find your capacity.
Your numbers, explained
A coach walks through every result and what it means. You leave with them.
About thirty minutes in all.
Week twelveThen, at week twelve
The same four measures, side by side with day one.
Rescoring is the point. Twelve weeks after your first visit you take the same four measures on the same instruments, and see them beside the first set. That is how you know the plan is working. In between, your coach checks in every four weeks and adjusts your meal guide as the numbers move.
- A check‑in with your coach every four weeks
- Seen by you and your coach only
- Never ranked, never posted
Is the free assessment a sales pitch?
No. You get your numbers and an explanation of them. If you want to talk about the program, you can ask.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, and clean indoor shoes. Skip a heavy meal or a lot of coffee in the two hours before.
Who sees my numbers?
You and your coach. Your BioAge is never shown on a screen in the room and never ranked against anyone.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. The first visit measures where you are, and everything starts from there.
