About Book your free assessment
A client standing at the EGYM Fitness Hub while its camera scans them, with their outline on its screen.

Most gyms count what you did. This one measures what changed.

OnCore is a longevity centre featuring EGYM. Everything starts with a free BioAge assessment: your strength, mobility, body composition and biological age, measured and written down.

The assessment

One visit. Four measures.

Before any training, we measure where you are starting from. You leave with every number, explained in plain words.

Body composition

Muscle, fat and water, measured separately on an InBody 270.

Mobility

How freely you move, tracked by a 3D camera, not guessed by eye.

Strength

A tested capacity on each EGYM machine, which then sets your load.

BioAge

A biological age score from the EGYM Fitness Hub, set as your baseline.

The visit takes about thirty minutes, and a coach walks you through every number before you leave.

Your BioAge

A number nobody has given you yet.

It is set at your first visit and rescored at week twelve. It belongs to you and your coach, and it never goes on a screen on the wall.

The four pillars

Four pillars. One plan.

Smart strength training, precision nutrition, dynamic assessments and medical affiliates, run as one protocol instead of four separate things. Each has its own page.

Every session

Smart Strength Training

Strength you can measure, in twenty to thirty minutes a session. EGYM machines set the load from your tested capacity, with a coach beside you.

How it works

Measured on day one. Rescored at week twelve. Year after year.

A check‑in with your coach every four weeks, and a full rescore at week twelve. The measurements keep the plan honest.

Questions

Asked plainly, answered plainly.

The questions people ask before their first visit.

Is twenty minutes really enough?

Each set is taken to your measured threshold, so one set does the work. The days between sessions are when your body adapts, which is why you train once or twice a week. The week‑twelve rescore shows whether it is working.

How long does the assessment take?

About thirty minutes. You are measured, then a coach walks through every number with you before you leave.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move in, and clean indoor shoes. Skip a heavy meal or a lot of coffee in the two hours before.

Will it hurt me?

The machines test what you can do and set the resistance from that number, and a coach is beside you for every set. The load moves when your numbers move, not before.

Is the free assessment a sales pitch?

No. You get your numbers and an explanation of them. If you want to talk about the program, you can ask.

Who sees my numbers?

You and your coach. Your BioAge is never shown on a screen in the room and never ranked against anyone.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. The first visit measures where you are, and everything starts from there.

What if my BioAge does not improve?

The program carries a twelve‑week guarantee tied to documented BioAge markers. The exact terms will be published on the pricing page.

How do I cancel?

Anytime. The first twelve weeks are a one‑time introduction, backed by the guarantee. After that the program runs on a 52‑week term that you can cancel at any time.
